TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Accommodation
Based on two persons sharing a twin room with private bath. Single rooms are available at a supplementary cost but cannot be guaranteed. Hotels and Lodges are named as an indication of category and rooms may be reserved at similar hotels and lodges.

Transport
Safari mini-buses, 4-wheel drive vehicles; cars or coaches will be provided according to the route and number of participants. The right is reserved to employ the services of sub-contractors for all or part of the services offered. English speaking driver/guides are provided for free and other foreign language speaking tour guides offered at a fee.

Tour Alterations
The right is reserved to change any route or arrangement should it be necessary, and to offer alternatives of equal value or to cancel any scheduled tour. The right is also reserved to decline any person as a member of any tour at any time, should the person be the cause of any inconvenience or hazard, to himself or herself or to other passengers / the company.

Cancellations
30% of the total cost if cancelled 35-25 days prior to arrival; 50% of total cost if cancelled 24-05 days prior to arrival; 100% of total cost if cancelled 04 days prior to arrival.

Liability
The company and their agents act only as the agents of the passengers and shall not be liable for injury, delays, loss or damage in any manner, in matters pertaining to tours, transport, hotel and lodge accommodation. All claims are subject to jurisdiction under the laws of the country the tour is being operated at the time of its occurrence.

Prices
Prices are based on contract rates and other costs prevailing at the time price lists are issued, and are subject to change without notice.

Rates
Rates include hotel accommodation with full- board, table d'hote meals whilst on safari, as indicated on the itineraries; all expenses in connection with the vehicle and driver for the itineraries as set out; government hotel taxes and hotel service charges; all entry to parks, etc. Not included are any airport taxes, visas, gratuities (other than service charges), beverages, laundry if not mentioned in the itinerary or any other personal expenses unless it is stated.

Reservations
A deposit of 20% of the tour cost is required on booking and the balance not later than 30 days prior to commencement of the tour. Payment in full is required where bookings are made less than 30 days before the tour begins.
Notwithstanding any prior confirmation of arrangements, the right is reserved not to execute tours if payment has not been received in accordance with the foregoing.

Use of this Web site constitutes your acknowledgement that you have read, and agree to, the terms and conditions of use presented herein. If you do not agree to any part of these terms and conditions, you must not access or use this site in any way.

Much of the information on this site is supplied by third party providers, and Africa Adventure Safaris Ltd.(AAS). accepts no responsibility for errors, omissions, inaccuracies or misleading statements which may appear anywhere on this site, whether or not they were supplied by third party providers.

The tour operators, cruise lines, airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and travel agents or travel gear and accessory manufacturers on this site are third party providers, and Africa Adventure Safaris Ltd.(AAS). has no control whatsoever over their actions or inactions. Africa Adventure Safaris Ltd.(AAS). is not responsible for third party failure to perform, breach of contract, or any action, intentional or negligent, which results in any loss, injury, delay or damage to you or your property or to anyone traveling with you, or to the property of that party. Africa Adventure Safaris Ltd.(AAS). cannot and does not guarantee third party provider reservations, timeliness, employee conduct, or the performance of scheduled flights, cruises or tours, or the availability of hotel rooms or rental cars.

Africa Adventure Safaris Ltd.(AAS). does not warrant the contents of this site as to accuracy, non-infringement, merchantability, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. All warranties thereof, either express or implied, are disclaimed. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable, such provision shall still be enforced to the fullest extent of applicable law and shall not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions.

The foregoing terms and conditions represent the entire agreement between you and Africa Adventure Safaris Ltd.(AAS).

At Africa Adventure Safaris Ltd.(AAS), privacy is important. We use the contact information that we collect from the membership sign-up to make researching and purchasing a safari holiday as easy as possible. This entails such uses as personalizing your experience at our site by greeting you by name, informing you of new changes to the site, and making you aware of discounts that are specific to residents of your country, city, state or province.

To reserve your tour and lock in the final price, you will be required to place a deposit. After you have placed a deposit to secure your reservation, you will be asked to pay the remaining balance as stated in the agreement.
